Entezari Management Consulting was founded on the observation that the most common failure in consulting engagements is not the quality of the thinking. It is the distance between the recommendation and the people who have to act on it. We set out to build a practice where that distance is the first thing we address.

Our practice spans two deeply complementary foundations. Steven brings deep experience leading complex integrations, delivery organizations, and system architecture in enterprise environments, complemented by academic research in human-computer interaction and cognitive science focused on how people interpret information and make decisions under uncertainty. Christian brings extensive experience leading data and analytics functions across political, policy, and advocacy organizations, where she has guided high-stakes decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insight for executive leadership.
